I earned my dual bachelor's degree at Canisius College for Criminal Justice and Political Science. I have previous experience working as an investigator for New Jersey state, and I have been working as a tutor for over ten years. As a tutor, I have worked with an assortment of subjects and with students from elementary school up through college. I specialize in tutoring English, homework support, and study skills. In the past, I have tutored SAT test prep for the Math and Verbal sections, and a variety of Math subjects that range from elementary Math through college level courses. I believe that everyone is a student in life and that we should all learn new things every day. I would be happy to work with students to improve their English skills in Essay Editing, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, Reading, and Writing. I would also like to work with students who need general assistance in completing their homework or developing study and organization skills to improve their performance as a student. During my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting, watching psychological thrillers, reading mystery novels, writing poetry, and taking long walks.
